Our past offers insights into our future. When we were formed in 1999 as a partnership by H.H. Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, H.E. Nasser Al Nowais, and SCC, a pioneering French shopping centre management company, it was with a simple objective – to help transform the retail sector in the region. In 2001, we launched the mixed-use development – Abu Dhabi Trade Center (ADTC), which was a first in the capital. This renowned landmark includes Abu Dhabi Mall along with prestigious office and residential towers. We have also launched and operated retail projects across MENA and Europe – Beirut Souks, Abdali Boulevard in Jordan, the Walk at JBR (Dubai), Anfaplace and M Avenue in Morocco, Mall of Switzerland, and more. We have built a reputation of trust and expertise, which has made us the preferred partner for many organizations. We are privileged to have partnered with prestigious entities such as ADIA, ADNOC, Mubadala, IMKAN, Ministry of Presidential Affairs and others.
