Who we are

What we collect, and why

For your enquiry: your name, telephone number, email address, and the preferences you give us, being whether the purchase is to live in or to invest, the property type and your budget. We use these to answer you, to send the brochure, the price list and the payment plan, and so that one of our agents can call you.

We also see which pages you view and which advertisement or search brought you.

To stop fake enquiries: the site blocks repeated submissions coming from the same internet connection.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored in our own customer system and sent to the agent handling it. Meta and Google receive enough to match your enquiry to the advertisement that brought you. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other brokers or to lead buyers.

Some of these systems store data outside the UAE, and we only use providers that protect it to the standard the law requires.

Consent and cookies

In the United Kingdom and Europe we ask before turning on Meta’s and Google’s measurement. Saying no changes nothing about the site.

You can change your answer at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, and you can complain to your own data protection authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we may still be useful to you, and as long as our licence requires.

How we protect it

Your enquiry travels over an encrypted connection. Access is limited to the agent handling it and the manager above them. This site stores no payment details and no identity documents.

About the projects on this site

Prices, sizes, payment plans and handover dates are published by the developer and change without notice. An image labelled as a render is the developer’s impression, not a photograph. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or investment advice. The content belongs to us, to our data provider or to the developers, and may not be copied or scraped. We accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here rather than confirmed with us in writing.

Changes and governing law

Using this site means you accept these terms. If this page changes, the new version applies from the day it is published.

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly take details from anyone under 18.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai.
