VUB Group was established by Mr. Pradeep Nathalal Dattani Thakkar and his family. Since its inception, the company has completed many infrastructure projects, including roads, dams, and bridges, before expanding into residential and commercial real estate. The creation of Januss Developers in Dubai was the group's first step into international development activities. Januss combines VUB's engineering heritage with a modern architectural mindset.
