We ask for as little as possible, and we keep it to ourselves.
What we ask for
Your name, your phone number, and the answers you give the advisor: to live in or to invest, the type of property, your budget.
What we do with it
One EZRE agent calls you back about the projects you asked about, with the brochure, price list and payment plan.
What we never do
Sell your details, or pass them to other brokers and lead buyers.
If you change your mind
Tell the agent, or message us on WhatsApp +971 55 555 0913, and we delete your record.
About the projects here
Prices, sizes, payment plans and handover dates come from the developer, with the date we retrieved them shown on each project, and they change without notice. Anything labelled a render is the developer’s impression, not a photograph. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or investment advice.
ezre.ae is operated by Ebrahim Zamani Real Estate L.L.C, RERA brokerage licence (ORN) 45249, +971 55 555 0913. We keep enquiry records for five years, as expected of a brokerage, and you may ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time.
We use Google Analytics with advertising personalisation switched off, and Meta’s measurement tools, to see which page or advertisement led to an enquiry. Your IP address is anonymised, and you can block cookies in your browser. Please do not copy or scrape the content, which belongs to us, our data provider or the developers. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here rather than confirmed with us in writing. Governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in Dubai.
